This website is operated by Studio Kühü. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Studio Kühü (Mariana Leyva). By accessing this website and/or engaging in our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the site and to all clients commissioning Studio Kühü’s natural dyeing services.

Studio Kühü offers this website and all services and information available through it subject to your acceptance of these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Return Policy. By purchasing from us or requesting services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify any part of these Terms by posting changes to our website. Your continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Natural Dyeing Services

2.1 Service Agreement

By commissioning Studio Kühü’s natural dyeing services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

2.2 Artisanal Process & Colour Variation

Natural dyeing is a slow, handcrafted process. Colours are affected by variables such as fibre type, dye source, pH, water, and climate. While every effort is made to achieve the desired result, exact colour matching is not guaranteed. Minor variations are inherent to the process and embraced as part of the uniqueness of each piece.

2.3 Material Suitability

Clients are responsible for ensuring their material is made from natural fibres (cotton, linen, silk, wool). Studio Kühü reserves the right to decline dyeing work if the fabric is unsuitable.

2.4 Care & Longevity

Natural dyes age and evolve. Fading or tonal shifts may occur with time, exposure to sunlight, sweat, or pH changes (such as spills). Care instructions are provided to help maintain colour. Studio Kühü is not liable for changes due to external factors or improper care once a garment has been collected.

2.5 Liability

We take every care with the material provided. However, we are not liable for damage resulting from inherent weaknesses, previous treatments, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Payment & Cancellations

3.1 Pricing & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the service, with the balance due upon completion. Full payment must be made within 7 days. Studio Kühü reserves the right to withhold any work until full payment is received.

3.2 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations after work has begun may incur a fee to cover costs. Refunds are not issued once the dyeing process is completed.

4. Intellectual Property

Studio Kühü may photograph or document commissioned work for marketing unless otherwise agreed. All imagery and text on this site are the intellectual property of Studio Kühü and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Client Confidentiality

All client and project information is treated confidentially unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose. You must not transmit viruses or malicious code. Any breach will result in immediate termination of service.

7. Accuracy & Modifications

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and pricing but cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. We may update content or pricing without notice.
